Jet's Pizza

Don’t ever go to this Jets location. Very incompetent when you ask for butter crust. Pizza wasn’t even throughly done it was falling off the crust. Horrible customer service. Pizza practically had the entire bottle of butter all over it not to mention they don’t care if you’re not satisfied. Whatever shift that worked on 9/13/19 at 5:23 pm should all be fired.

Waited 2 hours for my pizza today. I also called about and hour in just to ask if it was on its way and I was quickly told it's in route and hung up on. I tried to call about 2 hours in to cancel it and never got through. Finally went up there and canceled my order. I will never be back to this location.

Horrible service. They refused to deliver although they have delivered here before. They told me that they were busy tonight and it would be an hour wait. I was given cold pizzas when I showed up. They refused to remake the pizzas or refund my order. I took the pizzas home and I called back the store to ask about why I couldn't get a refund or remake but the General Manager decided it would be a smart idea to tell at me, swear at me and insult me before hanging up. She is the source of their bad customer service and I would choose ANY other Jet's location other than this one.Summary: Cold pizza and rude General M...

Always hot and delicious pizza! Never had issues with missing or wrong items. They double bake the pizzas when ask where the Taylor location doesnt read order notes. Also they always put a lot of toppings on pizza even a regular portion is a lot! deleivery drivers are always sweet and nice even when ive ordered during rain or other annoying weather to be out in. Love this store and would never go to any other jets also the fact that delivery is almost always earlier than quoted :)

It cost a little bit more but it's probably the best pizza ever had I like getting to Eugene Pizza and I add ham very good.

Food is always perfect & service from the employees is always friendly.

Store is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is is great.

I love Jet's! I live in Lansing and have family in metro Detroit. There is something magical about this location. It tastes extra special.

This Jet’s is a cut above. They rarely mistake our order (less often than we do), and you can taste the extra love that they put into their turbo crust. Excellent location overall, prompt, friendly, our local joint. Be sure to tip your delivery driver!

Large deep dish $5 cheaper here than at Flat Rock. Will drive the extra 1.5 miles.

Worst pizza I've ever had the pleasure to buy!! I wouldn't feed it to my dogs. I love jets this location is garbage! Go somewhere else if possible you'll thank me.

Worst jets place ever. Won’t deliver to an address that is 3 miles away. Poor customer service. Poor service in general. Go to Tiffany’s Pizza.

Personally bad experience. Called and ordered at 3:30 for a delivery. Just a large pizza. Called at 5pm after no pizza showed up they said it was in delivery. At 5:30 I called back to cancel my order was on hold for 5 minutes. Was afraid they wouldn't cancel so I went to the place they said they "tried calling me and the delivery driver was beating on the door"... I mean I dont know what the problem with this location is but I highly advise the try Trenton or Flat Rock location.

I don't like Jets but my husband loves it especially their 8 corner pizza

I'm a professional driver and was stuck at my terminal for lunch. Called Jet's and ordered the Steak and Cheese Jetzee. IT WAS AMAZING! Thanks Jet's for making an awesome sandwich!
